Upstairs live show: The Testify Gospel Choir present ‘Baduizm’ 

2022 marks the 25th anniversary of Erykah Badu’s seminal album ‘Baduizm’, an instant classic that instantly cemented Badu as one of her generations most innovative musicians. Featuring hit no.1 single ‘On & On’ and selling 3 million records to date the album won Badu a Grammy for best R&B album and showcases one of R&B’s most lauded musicians at her finest.

To celebrate this milestone, Testify present this modern day classic in full performed by our very own Gospel Choir and house band followed by a few Badu classics to round things off.

Expect to hear all the tracks from Baduizm note for note, and in full including ‘On & on’, ‘Appletree’, ‘Next lifetime’ & ‘Rim shot’ as well as hits like ‘Didn’t cha know’, ‘Bag Lady’ & ‘Hello’ as the Testify Choir perform 2 sets over the night.
